Not my ideal job as maintenance involves a lot of waiting. Can be very enjoyable and satifying. Always interesting if not exciting.
Fairly valued by most departments, recieved praise from different managers through reviews and from one manager to another.
Very well structured placement plan that gets me into different areas for experience, but focuses on my primary placements as a maintenance engineer. Some organisation could be better though.
Lots of support if needed with regular reviews of progress.
As needed.
Very well for an apprentice, one of the best paying with regular pay increases and other benefits.
Promotional events for the apprenticeship at schools and fairs representing the brand.
