I am a management apprentice at Aldi. My daily tasks include checking stock levels, operating the tills and replenishing stock on the shelves.
My confidence has drastically improved and I am much better at interacting with members of the public.
It is very enjoyable and every day is a new and interesting experience.
I feel very valued by the company and believe I will be able to aid its growth in the future.
The programme is relatively well structured, however the communication between the trainers and the individual stores could be better.
My trainer is very good at responding quickly to requests and queries.
My employer is very good at supporting my training within the store and allows me to be the best that I can be.
My salary is sufficient for my individual situation.
unfortunately my situation does not allow for many external work opportunities to be available to me.
