Manager of a team of up to 8 people doing debt recovery. Setting out daily, weekly and monthly expectations. Managing performance and KPIs. Reviews, PDMs and Performance improvement plans. Audit claims and send out daily stats.
Performance management, delegation and tack.
I enjoy the program when I have time to do it and can apply it to my own role.
Not a clear career path at this level, would prefer more frequent and frank career discussions with money and guidance steps provided.

Not much, occasionally find time to do this amongst managing a team.
Salary doesn't cover the average persons bills and leave them enough money for the rest of the month without the need for credit from elsewhere.
Yes, more opportunities are coming up in the market for the same role, with higher salary bands.

Career progression. Ideal as a first job where you can work your way up and again experience.
To have a hard work ethic, as a lot of the role are target driven and performance managed.
