I am a Reservations Team Manager which involves coaching and motivating a team of 20 agents. I run training sessions for the agents to help improve motivation and performance. I also write their monthly and yearly reviews and deal with any day to day issues they may face.
Whilst at Enterprise Rent-A-Car I have learnt a lot. I have completed my level 3 apprenticeship in Management and am now working on my level 5. I was also part of an internal leadership development programme which helped me improve my management skills and learn more about the business.
I really enjoy all aspects of my role at Enterprise and have found my apprenticeship to be very beneficial. I have learnt about so many different aspects of management and feel that this will really help me progress in the future.

We have a very structured training programme. I have regular meetings with my manager and have lots of support from our training team. There are clear expectations of what you need to achieve.
My training provider has been excellent, I have two different advisors and both have been excellent. They are very good at talking me through my assignments and helping me to decide what areas to focus on. They have both been very friendly and I have enjoyed working with them.
I feel very supported by my employee I am given time to do my assignments and if I need help with any aspect of my apprenticeship they are there to help me.

I feel that Enterprise is a great company to work for. I have been given lots of opportunities to further my career. I have been encouraged to do additional training which will benefit me in my career.
Enterprise is a great company to work for and the opportunities you are given are fantastic. There are lots people that have progressed quickly within their career. Be prepared to work hard, as it is a very busy environment. As the company is progressing so quickly you have to be able to deal with change well and focus on the task at hand. If you do well in your role, the opportunities are endless.
