admin assistant- printing off the daily task sheet, sending out evening post, sorting out incoming post, calling remarketers and DVLA with queries.
learnt more about my job role and other roles within my department. I have more confidence now and look forward to furthering myself within the company.
it has helped me see businesses in a different light and what it takes on a day to day basis to run a company. It has also helped to further myself and move forward onto the next steep of my carer.
I feel that my manager supports me very well. She has been a big help when it has come to my home life and I know that I can talk to her about anything. she is also helping to move forward.
very well. I know that my tutor is always available if I need to speak with he, or she will get back to me if I send an email. My tutor is helping to complete my maths as well which is an area that I struggle in and is explaining everything in much detail so that I understand.
My tutor supports me 100% shes there if I have any questions or If I don't understand. She also understands that I have a very ill child and sometimes I cant always complete the work by the next meeting.
My manager supports me 100% as well making sure that I am taking my hour an week and that my work is being completed. She also helps me if I don't understand something.
the only down full is the price of parking which Enterprise don't really have much as about so I end up spending most of my wages on this. It would be nice to be on a higher wage but for the hours that I work my salary is ok.
The voluntary work that we do is a good way to meet other people within the company and also help others.
Yes
Its a great place to work. They are fantastic when it comes to parents wanting to return to work. They open up so many different career goals.
Just be yourself, Enterprise help you build a career if that is what you are looking for. Do as much training within your department as you can as this really helps but also look at shadowing other department to and get use to what helps before it reaches certain stages.
