  • Our role varies as we are taught every process throughout the department through the apprenticeship. But we are involved in the production of the cars

  • Yes I had little to no experience in this field before starting so I have learnt many new skills at college and work

  • I enjoy the programme a lot, it's a great place to work.

  • Very, Rolls Royce value apprentices and give us plenty of opportunities and support

  • This could be better, when I first started it wasn't well organised but it has improved since I started.

  • Good support, they are always available to help.

  • Plenty, again they are always there if you need them.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • The salary is excellent for an apprenticeship, plus the discounts are great. But everyone always wants more money!

  • There are usually opportunities for overtime
