Our role varies as we are taught every process throughout the department through the apprenticeship. But we are involved in the production of the cars
Yes I had little to no experience in this field before starting so I have learnt many new skills at college and work
I enjoy the programme a lot, it's a great place to work.
Very, Rolls Royce value apprentices and give us plenty of opportunities and support
This could be better, when I first started it wasn't well organised but it has improved since I started.
Good support, they are always available to help.
Plenty, again they are always there if you need them.
The salary is excellent for an apprenticeship, plus the discounts are great. But everyone always wants more money!
There are usually opportunities for overtime
Yes
It's a great place to work
Prepare for the interview day, don't worry about lack of previous knowledge and show passion
