Subject Matter Expert in Information Management. Lead an offshore delivery team in delivering data integration projects. Attend meetings on a daily basis, review and produce documentation. Responsible for delivering projects on time and budget, whilst managing risk etc.
I have received a level 3 diploma in it user skills. Foundation ITIL Certification. Linux, COBOL and DataStage training courses. Currently studying a degree in digital and technology solutions.
I thoroughly enjoy the degree I am studying, the content is interesting and I am able to apply learning immediately in the workplace.
My manager and my peers show me respect and are very supportive any given scenario. Lloyds Banking Group invest a lot of money in me attending university so that is much appreciated.
Very structured, the degree is delivered by the University so it needs to meet a set of academic standards.
Tutors are on hand to support via email or telephone whilst not in University.
All members of the team are fully supportive in all activities I am involved in, which means I am rarely felling stuck.
I am very well paid, enough to just buy my first property!
The organisation is very large and there is vast opportunities to get involved in almost anything you could imagine, from different areas of the business that peak your interest, to charity events taking place across the globe.

They are a fantastic employer, very supportive, boundless opportunities to grow as an individual and a great reward package.
Preparation is key. Once you have done the research on LBG as a company and their behaviours, be confident in the application process and most importantly be yourself.
