Business Administration Apprentice - I work in HR and I help with everyday jobs including Payroll, New starters, leavers, pensions, queries and day to day office and HR jobs
Yes I have taken a forge and identification course this was very interesting and just general professional skills
I really love being apart of the team and doing my apprenticeship it is helping build my confidence massively and I am also gaining a lot of experience
very valued and apart of the team i am treated just like other employees and respected the same
it is reasonably structured, it depends as my day to day jobs change depending on tasks set for the day
Just about enough, my assessor switched and I had a brand new assessor and this happened quite unexpectedly
a huge amount I receive a lot of support from my employer and the HR team I feel as if I am supported in everything I do.
