I am a Senior Customer Advisor for Lloyds Bank and this involves talking to customers to meet their banking needs and open/convert bank accounts.
I have developed, leadership, delivery and coaching skills since completing my Apprenticeship.
I enjoyed the programme greatly as it enhanced my existing experience and made me think about which direction to move in terms of development.
I feel valued as a long standing employee. I think my development prospects are better than ever.
The programme was well structured, presented and delivered. There was always full support from my Trainer?Assessor.
As above.
We receievd support in terms of witness testimonies and help with some content. But there was very little work time given to complete the course material.

As a mother of two young children and working full time, I struggle with any time for myself outside of work.
Yes
LBC is a great place to work. I would throughly recommed it to anyone who would like to start off their career journey, or gain experience in the financial sector.
Be honest about your aspirations, your experience and your expectations.
