Personal Banking Advisor- Meeting customers needs through appointments looking at Banking, Saving, Borrowing and protecton. Customer facing with telephone used for appointment booking. I try to generate my own appointments while also helping customers with enqueries in branch each day
Developed my communication skills has been the key thing for me as I had to speak to diffrent roles I hadnt come into contact with before.
I really enjoyed my programme as it pushed my development and brought be into contact with things I wouldnt normally within my current role.
I feel really valued currently and feel my manager and organisation are helping me to develop and progress my career
Very well organised I received all the support I required and felt confident in my work
I feel the best support was my actual tutor who I could contact with any questions or problems. She really helped to guide me through the process.
My employer was there when I needed help however I felt the best support was my tutor. I would always contact her before my employer unless it was something my line manager could assist with
It meets my needs well and I have been able to move my life forward quickly
Not that I am aware of no.
