Telephone banking consultant - taking calls from customers to assist with their banking needs, ensuring giving a great customer service on every call.
i have realised how much my knowledge is within my role and it has helped to enhance my performance and given me more confidence to give presentations to colleagues and share best practises

Lloyds provided any time of the phone and assisted in presentations. The seminars involved senior managers giving presentations which helped improve performance
the apprenticeship was fully subsidised by Lloyds so did not require me to spend any of my personal money
I have not had the opportunity to develop my career due to childcare however it has improved my maths and english as I has been some time since I was in education

i have worked for lloyds banking group for 8 years and during this time they have supported me and provide a excellent working environment
