I was a CSA which involved cashiering and dealing with day to day banking enquiries.
No, it was very basic and very reactive. It never taught me customer service, it just noted what I had done.
I did not enjoy the programme. It was very basic, no communication between the mentor
Felt happy to be selected for the programme but at the same time the group did nothing to support me through the programme.

Not a great deal at all, they allowed me to have the meetings. But neither my employer nor I, so any benefit to the programme.
