I am Site Communication Support within the Colleague Experience and Communicaitons team - I support all site communications ensuring that they are fit for purpose and reach the correct audiences.
When I started my apprenticeship I worked within Telephone Banking actioning customer requests for information and transactions. The programme gave me the confidence to assess my skills and to look at the wider business in a way to further develop my career progression
I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my apprenticeship programme
I have always felt valued as an employee of LBG, since I embarked on my apprenticeship programme and having now completed it, I feel more valued by the acknowledgement of my accomplishment
Very
I received monthly visits from my training provider and was able to contact my mentor at anytime with questions that I may have had outwith these monthly visits
My employer supported me with time away from my role in order to complete some of the workload and to meet with my training mentor. My line manager and senior managers were happy to support me with guidance on the additional work load. I received time away from the business to attend the mid-event and an End event, with all expenses paid
I am very satisfied with my pay and reward package
I haven't looked, I am happy with LBG
