I really enjoy the apprentiship, I feel that the company want the best for me and and they always help me through the course if I struggle with work.
I feel very valued by the company as a whole, I think the company make the time and effort to speak to each individual apprentice.
Our programme is organised so that we are able to complete each assessment throughout the year, the time management is very well kept.
I receive lots of support if I need it. If I am struggling with the work then the instructors would go out of their way to help me.
I receive lots of support from my employer, he is there if I need anything to do with work. I feel he goes out of his way to help me and the other apprentices.
My salary is reasonable for the job I am doing, but I am hoping that it will increase in the future.
There are lots if opportunities outside work, this includes getting involved with clubs and doing social activities through the week.
