My role involves meeting and greeting customers interacting with them in order to understand what problems they have been having, and then fixing that problem
I've learnt how to manage my time while working, I have learnt how to interact with customers with different personality traits
I enjoy learning a new trade and new skills, I enjoy working within a team of hard working individuals and having support from my managers
I feel virgin media should take more interest in their staff especially those who go out to customers, because customers sometimes view us as the company, I feel virgin media needs to communate more with its staff
My programme was very oraganise, we had timetables and deadline's that we had to meet in order to progress.
I received a lot of support, I could email or call my manager when i needed help, and he would check up on me and offer assistance even when I didn't require it
I am receive more support as I continue on my program
My salary does not include London waiting although I work and live in London, I feel my salary could be higher in reflection to the work that I do
