I work as a call consultant within Lloyds banking group. My role includes providing great customer service to clients looking to cancel life assurance or withdraw money from their investments. It is all about providing them with all the information you can such as details about the policies and giving them all options available then helping them cancel or withdraw or explaining the process and what steps they need to take to do so.
I have gained more confidence in my role and my apprenticeship has given me more knowledge about the ins and outs of my rights within the business. I have learned more about how to provide better customer service and be the best I can.
i enjoy the programme I have learnt new skills and lots more information which I didn't know before hand. As I am only a few months in I know I still have a lot more to learn. I get time within my role to complete some work which means I have the support there from my manager if I need it and also means I don't need to use up too much time of my social life to complete work or be rushing last minute to get what needs done.
I feel valued at Lloyds. The support I need is always there when I need it wether it's by colleges coaches or my manager.
It is always very structured. Every time my tutor comes to see me she always has a list organised of what we are going to be doing or discussing And we always set plans for our next meeting
I always receive support when I need it. I know she is always a phone call, a text or an email away if I need help
Again the same as from my training provider my manager is always there to support me when I need help.
This meets costs fine. As I am providing with most of the things I require by my training provider and manager I always have everything I need and if I ever did need anything additional my salary would cover it.
Yes there are lots of opportunities outside of work including work related and leisure
Yes
I feel valued within my work place. I always have the support I need and I am treated the way all employees should be. I also have great benefits from working within the group and a good salary.
It is a great company to work for as long as you go to work and do your job then there's room for work and social
