My role was a Service Desk Analyst dealing with NHS customers within Greater Glasgow and Clyde, i had to have expert call handling and make sure i had good listening skills to ensure i got the correct details and information from the end user. i have the responsibility to make sure that all issues are logged correctly and notify additional people when needed
how to use: MS programmes talk and type Different internal apps Understand the user needs
i enjoyed the team around me and the work i was given. met all expectations and the course was easy to pass

Team Leader didnt do too much to support me but gave me correct headers when needed
majority of it was for travel but once ive got full time role itll be worth it
