  • I've learnt a brand new trade in optical and copper networks, and also improved my ICT skills

  • I enjoy waking up for work and have great job satifaction.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Virgin Media O2?
  • They also listen and take on board different ideas and ways to doing things differently. If you do something well you manager will give you a pat on the back which makes you feel good about yourself. Also the negative feed back is given in a positive way, delivered construstivly.

  • Sometimes the training is abit unorganised, but this is do be expected as the network course is new.

  • Also recieve good advice from our mentors and maybe issues with the learning aspects are met

  • As much support as you need is offered. They dont mind going over the same thing again and again untill you get it. no question is too silly.

  • All costs are covered and the salary is amazing!!

  • The company offer charity days out, bikes rides and activites such as sky diving!!
