buisnes banking is now an inbound call centre where i take customer through interviews and process of opening a new business bank account.
I have learnt people skills, professional skills and how to be in this enviroment.
AT first I enjoyed the experience and felt it would progress however due to changes in the bank it is now turned into a call centre, which was not the role I believed i was going to be walking into when I first applied.
I believed everyone is valued as we are needed for the bank and for customers.
It is well organised in sense that I have updated every so often with my assesor and I'm given time each week to complete my work.
I am able to email my assesor when need be and always get a fast reply with any guidance.
My line manager is very supportive and checks over my work and advises me on what i need to improve and support me with day to day questions.
I believe the pay is very good for the role that i am doing.
I have completed outside carrer fares which I believe are great for my CV and experience.
Yes
They are supportive and progressive if this if the type of work you want to be involved with.
Make sure you research more about the role you are applying for as I believe the desciption is unclear on what your day to day tole will be.
