The team I'm in is a fantastic bunch of colleagues. The culture at JPM is very rewarding whereby everyone supports each other and there's a real togetherness amongst us. I couldn't have wished for a better start to my career with such a wealth of support and opportunities around me.
Even as an apprentice, you aren't looked upon any differently than the people around you. You are fully supported throughout your time here and everyone understands the position you're in and help you on your way to achieve your potential.
