My role includes everything such as; till operations, deliverys, putting out stock and giving good customer service.
I've developed a fast paced attitude towards work in order to get work done quickly and efficiently.
I enjoy it a lot, my colleagues are very helpful and give a lot of support. Everyone knows their role and what is required of them. The Management team are fantastic and constantly make sure your enjoying work and also have a good work/social balance.
Aldi have a lot of rewarding opportunities, such as gift vouchers, fun days out and a pension sceme. So yes I feel valued for my hard work as it doesn't go un noticed.
It's fantastic. It's hands on work and I'm constantly being trained to my full ability on a daily basis.
A lot of support is given, and explained well so I fully understand before completing the task given.
Support is their if needed. My employer is constantly making sure everything is okay in work and also outside of work too. He is very approachable and he is more than willing to help if their is any problems.
I get a lot less than normal staff. But if the hours are there the salary is fine
