My role in the business is to provide great customer service and to ensure that the customers get the items they need by putting out the stock
I have gained confidence working in Aldi and also developed skills such as; time organisation and communication skills
I enjoy my programme a lot as I am learning a lot and I'm working my way up to a managering role
I feel very valued by Aldi as they show they care for me as an individual
My programme is well organised as I have set tasks that are given to me before my shift
I receive lots of support from my training provider as I can comfortably ask them anything and they will help me through my shift if needed
I receive a great amount of support from my employer
My salary is a great amount for my age and it is very handy to have money spare in the month
There are not as many opportunities outside of work at the moment, but after I finish my apprenticeship and get my qualifications then there will be many opportunities
Yes
Because Aldi is a trustworthy company and pays above the minimum wage limit
I would advice others who are applying for Aldi that you should push yourself everyday to be your best
