I am currently placed within the Asset Management team within the integrated transport division, and because of this I play a part in a variety of projects, from cycle route design to administration
I have developed many skills whilst working at Mott MacDonald, such as proficient use in CAD design as well as enhancing my general word documentation skills, furthermore my report writing has improved vastly
I enjoy this incredibly as I am in a team with a variety of personailities of whom all I get on with extremely well, and the work is extremely satisfying.
I feel incredibly valued by the teams, as if work is needing doing I am often enquired about, and they congratulate me on completed work and give me constructive criticism in order to improve
Originally the structure was fairly poor however this was due to poor planning by the college, however since this has been fixed it has become an extremely well structured programme
I receive a substantial amount of support by the training provider, especially when it comes to my classroom based work, I feel I can go to them with any enquiries
I receive a substanstial amount of support from my fellow colleagues at my work place, and they are also ensuring that im progressing well and further challenging myself
it meets it incredibly well and I am able to live in a fiar amount of comfort as I can adequately budget the entire month based of my salary packet
Theyre are a exceptional amount of extracurricular events to take part in with the company, such as the social and sports committee events that are put on monthly

It is a great apprenticeship and has helped mould me into the young professional that I am, the support is great and I always feel pushed to my best
I would say be yourself, as everyone at Mott MacDonald is an individual themselves and all have great personalities, therefore try and show this is the interview
