Its well structured with organized study days to allow us to maintain a good balance with our exam preparation and work life and the lectures provide enough information so that we can learn on our own when we are given time.
We receive lots of support from our trading provider including face to face revision sessions which give us an opportunity to ask the training provider to explain anything we weren't quite sure about on the lectures. They also provide us with multiple email addresses so that we can contact them if we are ever in need of help.
My manger and extended team are always there to help and provide support when I need it giving me time to revise when leading up to exams and providing help when they can. The schools team provide loads of activities to develop ourselves as well including workshops and helping out at events.
