I work in a contact center that deals with business accounts and providing a service to our customers to help there business needs this includes doing account transfers, checking balances and offering our customers products and services that we feel may benifit their businesses.
was able to deal with my customers question more efficient and acuratly as it helped me learn more about the business rather than just the job i am currently doing. Doing the programme has also helped me to improve my confidence which has really benifited me in the business towards my customers and my collegues.
I enjoyed all of my apprenticship programme i felt i learned so much that i did not know previously and enjoyed having additional responsibilitie to do my work rather than just my day to day job. I loved going to the mid term event i felt it was very motivational. Overall loved the programme.
i fell very valued within lloyds bank as i am always given different oppertunities to progress and develop within the company.
the programme was very well structured and organised was never under presure to finish any work that i was unable to do and felt that everything ran very smoothly.
I recieved a lot of support from my trainer Hilary Gormley. She was always easy to contact when i was stuck on any questions and was fast at getting back to me with anything i was stuck on. If there was anything i struggled with i felt that hilary broke it all down and made it simple for me to do. Was never given too much work to complete which was great.
i got lots of support through my employer as i was always given time off the phone to complete my work and also if there was anything i needed help with they would try their best to help me to get this all finished in time.
my travel can be very expenisve to get into work as i stay a bit away from my work as i get the train into work.
no, it is hard to get time of the phone to do other things.
