i work in credit card servicing and sales , icarry out credit card application on the telephone and also cover all customer credit card servicing query's
yes we get calls marked every month and get feedback that we can improve on we also have meeting with our manager to discuss progression within the business
I decided to do the additonal customer service apprenticeiship becuase it would help my progression within the business. I enjoyed doing the work at home some was difficult but my tutor andrea helped at our meetings
my manager helps me to feel valued within the company. I have a very friendly team , the job itself is difficult and you do have bad days where things dont go your way but I do feel valued.
I found that I could of completed the work alot faster . I only meet once a month with the apprenticiship tutor but the work would take a week to do i feel .
The support was great we could text andrea if we where stuck . We could also discuss any issues once a month at our meeting. I personally didnt need that much help i found i could research any topic I was stuck on online.
My Manager did offer to help if I needed anything the business itself didnt actually help becuase we didn ever get any time off the phone to work on the apprenticiehsip. The 1 hour a month was only really enough to access the work we had done and be given more work
My salary meets my expenses. I try to work alot of overtime but it is very difficult to do that becuase there is not much available currently which is effecting my pay.
I want to progress to mortgages within the business and I have paid myself to purchase learning material for the CMAP qualificiation and hope to sit my exams soon
Yes
Becuase they are one of the best paid call center jobs . As long as you work hard and meet the requirements of the company you can do well. Working for the lloyds is definatley a career becuase the longer you are there the more chance you have of progressing to differnt roles
Make sure you work hard and any oppertunities you are given make sure you take them . Each crew is very different but you really need to put yourself out there if you want to excel
