my role at virgin media is a feild tech and this means giong into customers homes and fixing any faults they have with there srevices and also installing services my responsibillites are to fix all services if possible and also to be a role model to customers not to give virgin a bad name my day to day work will be getting my jobs on a morning and working through them as the day progresses.
i have learned many new skill while working at virgin as i am a apprentice i have learnt how to time manage better and also some fault finding skills whitch will also help outside of work not just at work the training and overall apprentiship i think is verry good the best i think
i enjoy working as part of a team and having a laught with coustomers and other lads on the job also like the callange of diffrent jobs each day is diffrent
i feel very valued at virgin media i think they have a well orginised apprentiship program and all the staff and managers are fantastic to be around and work for
the program is really well organised and structured we know when and how tasks have to be completed overall really good studying is good lots of time for course work ect.
i get alot of support from local managers if i need the help
i recive alot of support from local managers and also from other techs within the area
the wage we recive i think is really good for a apprentship i wouldnt change it
there are alot of opportuinites outside of work team meetings adnd also nights out
