My role in the company is to complete work which other members of the team have, giving me a broader intelligence and knowledge of my industry and the ever changing company which is Mott Macdonald.
I have attended many courses within my industry which meant I was learning new skills and developing old ones such as my creativity and also my maths calculations.
I enjoy every day when I'm in work as I have a supportive and active team around me and also a good set off friends at my college.
I feel largely recognised by my team as a valuable member within it from the appraisals I receive after completing work to a high degree.
My programme is well structured as long as you have the time and effort to alter it towards your specific needs.
My training provider is very helpful in putting my opinions forward and dealing with the problems I may have.
My employer is very supportive in the fact that they will help me in all circumstances.
The benefits which you receive from Mott Macdonald are very good and also my salary is very high for an apprentice which definitely covers the cost for a teenagers life.
Yes there are many social and company events which we are encouraged to go on which I have attended and they are good for building a relationship with people in and out of your industry.
Yes
As it is a great welcoming company with alternate paths to go down to achieve a better standard of living.
I would give advice that when you join Mott Macdonald you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner but be prepared to put in the work.
