I am a telephone consultant. I take calls for all sorts of queries and applications for savings accounts.
I have been able to develope some existing skills including application writing using buisiness terminology as well as improve my knowledge of the bank and its processes.
I really enjoyed the program as its structure was well planned and timed. you get great support and a chance to engage with other apprentices and stakeholders.
I feel valued as they have helped me to achieve more and progress my own developement.
It was very well organised and structured. All meetings were kept and on time and the assessor kept in contact and was supportive.
As much support as needed. she was always on hand to help with any queries and support needed.
I recieved any support that was needed. There was not much need however they gave all time required for the qualification and all reasources were available.
There were no costs so very well. all costs were covered by my employer which I was very happy about and showed their support and dedication to help me develope.
There are other opportunities outside of work within other banking groups and the financial industry.
