Monotonous dredging through payments, repairing them where necessary. At first it is fairly engaging however after a short while the task becomes repetitive. With little progression due a lack of a structured training plan, I am not heppy in my role.
I have learned about the industry and how the office environment works. I have become aware of the politics involved in the office and how people opperate within this setting. My typing speed has increased, as has my time management.
Not overly, I don't feel comfortable in my role, tit does not allow for me to exploit my real potential and I feel as though I am a redundant limb helf the time. The role is not constantly engaging or exciting, and really doesnt hold my interest.
I don't feel valued. i am aware that not every need can be met and it is absurd to believe that a major company would be able to change things to help me, but its the basic things that one would expect of an employer that seem to have been neglected.
not at all.
extremely little, as it stands i have been on the scheme for 6 months and have not recieved an assessor/
my manager is very helpful butn i have always felt progression is too slow
very good pay indeed, it has allowed me to begin saving for my future plans.
I'm sure there are, the only one i have been made of in the 'day to make a difference scheme' which is a day where employees go out and help charities. Many benifit from this.
No
for the multitude of reasons listed above. Poor training structre and at times a fairly hostile environment.
ensure you layout your expectations clearly and makes sure you get what you require to be comfortable, once people have the idea that you are a push over then its hard to get out of that position.
