My role is to provide customers with an excellent service and to make sure that i am answering calls quickly and efficiently and providing them with all the correct information
I have learnt a few new skills since starting this job
I feel that i would be able to enjoy my programme a lot more if we got informed about this a lot more.
I feel a little bit valued by lloyds banking group
Our programme is not well organised at all. We started working in october 2015 and only signed the papers for the programme at the end of february. We were told it would take roughly 6 months to 12 months to complete. 6 months in to the programme and we haven't even started the programme due to the lack of organisation.
We havent recieved a traning provider as we have not started the programme
