My role is as a customer service advisor for credit cards. I deal with lots of different customers on a day to day basis at first point of contact helping them with simple to complex queries about the use and services of their account.
Within the apprenticeship programme i have not learned or developed any new or existing skills as i have been in this role for 6 months now and have still not had a meeting with the trainer
I enjoy the role i am working within however cannot comment on the apprenticeship as i have previously said i have not had any communication from the trainer
I feel valued by lloyds banking group and feel it is a good employer and have been given the time off for the apprenticeship for the basic meetings however have still not met the trainer for the apprenticeship. my team manager has chased this up and not heard anything
i feel the programme is not organised or structured at all as it is 6 months into the role and we have still not started the apprenticeship that we were told we would complete within 6 months to a year

Yes
It is a good place to work however with regards to the apprenticeship i would not recommend this as it is very unorganised and we are no further into it than the first day we started the job
if you are applying for a job within lloyds banking group and it is a role with an apprenticeship then i would advise them to be prepared to wait for it.
