im my job role i answer customers call quickyly and efficently with accurat informtion about there account proding exclent customer service
i have learnt new sills from the internal traing that i have recived from the business but not from the apprentship
i havent had the experience to say how i enjoy the programme as i started my job in october 2015 and i have only seen two representaties vistit us when we were told it would be every month
i do feel valued by lloyds baking group as they have lots of support avalibe for me and although i havent had a meeting with anyone from the appretiship my team maNGER HAS TRIED TO CONTACT THEM
i dont think that the programme is organised at all as on my second visit the person who vistied us said that he was given our iformation that morning and i got emailed the night beofre that i8 had the meeting
i havent recived any support as i havent been asigned a training provider even thoguh i have nearly been in the business for nealy 6 months
i have recuved support from my employer as they have bneen in comnatct with the apprentship programme but they havent responded
i feel although my salary meets my costs very well
