  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • There has been a massive culture change and while things are still stretched and issues can arise, it is clear that things will get better over the next few years.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Be motivated and show that you want to contribute to rebuilding the Bank. The online tests were hard but I don't think you need a great mark to get through - I can't have got more than 40% seriously! Assessment days are actually good fun if you relax about them - group exercise then role play then interview, all pretty straightforward. My interviewer is now my manager so be sure to impress and they'll fight for you.
