My role is a customer advisor and what I do on a day to day basis is try and get the best possible outcomes for customers
In my job yes, such as being more confident and learning new ways to speak to people, however the apprenticeship scheme itself has taught me nothing
My programme is non exsistent at the moment considering we have had one meeting in the 6 months we have been here
Fairly valued
We have had one meeting in six months, and even then that was only to go over personal details. The whole apprenticeship scheme so far has been a bit of a joke and the organising of it has been absolutely shocking. We were told at the start that this would be completed in 6-12 months however 6 months in and we haven't even properly started. This has left me extremely disappointed as I am not getting what I signed up for
None whatsoever, I am not sure we have even met the person that is going to be training us
Considering how shocking the apprenticeship scheme has been so far, our employer has been the complete opposite. We get as much support as we require when doing our job on a day to day basis and the people I have met since starting could not have been more helpful
Reasonably so
Some but not many that I am aware of
Yes
Because the support you receive in your job is fantastic and the people are as friendly as possible.
To definitely do so, however be prepared to wait quite some time to hear anything at all about the apprenticeship scheme if it's something you sign up for.
