The programme was really structured and very easy to get the hang of, we started with an initial 13 week period of learning and exams which formed half of the diploma, followed by 9 Months in our Business Unit's completing work based assessments to complete the Programme, this helped balance development on the job and Learning new skills.
Received lots of support from all the assessors when working on my exams, I also received really good support and help from my work based tutor, the support was all round really good.
I receive lots of support from my team members in my Business Unit, they have all taken time to help and show me projects and pieces of work they had been working on, they have also helped me learn new skills and technology.

Yes
Joining Capgemini has been the best thing I have ever done, Working for a world wide company while getting the support to study for industry leading qualifications, helping me develop and always grow my knowledge with full support.
The main tip I can give is to always be yourself and to always be confident. When going through the application process make sure to give evidence of times you've performed a certain task really well or got really good feedback from a teacher or a previous employer. During the assessment days always try and get involved in the team activities, as Capgemini really values team work.
