Test Analyst Daily tasks involve planning, creating and executing test cases on a complex client system. I also get exposure to the role of a infrastructure specialist on a daily basis.
Learnt a wide variety of skills since joining IBM and also have the ability to attend a wide variety of internal and external training courses which allow me to develop my professional and personal skills as well as gain qualifications such as ISTQB.
I haven't been here long enough to be able to assess the recognition from managers as I have not been fully through the review process however it does appear graduates are valued more than apprentices at an IBM level. However at a project level this is clearly different.
Well structured have a great Task Manager/Team, Mentor and Professional Development Manager who support me when needed with my development and general issues.
Never deal with highbury college to be honest.
Fairly big apprentice community in Farnborough which is great.
