I have learnt some new skills that are not only helpful in work life but can also be applied outside of work as well
Enjoyable for the most part
I feel valued by National Grid as an individual
Organisiation can sometimes not be the best as there have been times we have been put on a course and not known till the week before but for the most part it is fine
I recive the correct amount of support for me as an individual
I recive the support that i need to improve at my job
The wage is good for me as an apprentce and is one of the better paid apprenticships
There are oppitunities if you choose to take them

I find it a good company to work for
Make the most of the appprenticship and try and get as much out of it as you can
