My role involves formulating Unilever products from Homecare to personal care products alongside studying at Wirral Met college for year 1 to gain a HNC in chemistry and at University of Liverpool for years 2-4 to gain a Honours degree in Chemistry.
I have learnt how to present, how to adapt to unexpected surprised and be spontaneously in a positive manner. I have learnt how to be confident in my own work and to not be so critical of myself, whilst at the same time always wanting the best.
I enjoy this programme thoroughly and it is the best thing I have ever done. I have never looked back and continue to progress each and every day thanks for the apprenticeship scheme ran here at Unilever.
I feel very valued by Unilever because the work I do contributes to products we put on the market each and every day.
The programme is very well organised.
Very supportive as they understand the workload from education and work can be hard at times.
All the support we need. They want the best for you and will do everything in there power to ensure you get what you need and want.
Extremely well. Pays very well for an apprentice.
Yes, there is always the opportunity to go to main plan trials in different countries or visit other Unilever sites around the world.
Yes
Best experience of my life.
Make sure you take your time with the application process, think about what you want to include rather than just including things for the sake of it.
