Job Title - NT Diagnostics Daily Tasks -Coming up with and validating new technologies for use by our customers or employees. through innovating design techniques. Responsibilities- Project leader, team player, organiser

Wirral Metropolitan College (1st year HNC qualification) provide all the support to gain the HNC qualification. However it is not always very efficient with its delivery.
Unilever provide lots of great support from, apprentice's who have finished there apprenticeship, those currently in the apprenticeship, guidance from senior management and support form people with degrees in the field your studying in.
Compared to the equivalent degree apprenticeships Unilever pays well. If your living at home the salary is more than enough. If your living by yourself it is more of a struggle but do able.
Lots. Multiple work voluntary projects, get involved with STEM, lots of on site work activities and community run events.

Excellent apprenticeship allowing you develop you knowledge in a work based environment whilst earning a degree, that allows you to be three years ahead of anyone else your age applying for the same job.
Be confident, clam and your self in your interviews. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Set your self out from the crowd somehow.
