  • I have developed the following skills: - time management - Criticial Path Management - Being part of a team - Presenting - Public speaking - Working to deadline - how to anaylse and read critical data - Be confident in own work - Driive my own development

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my program as it gave me a foot in the door into a company such as tesco and I am open to many possibilities. I would recoomend the program but feel it is not for someone looking for a 1st job as is far more intense than you would expect.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Tesco?
  • I feel valued to an extent but Tesco is a really big company and you need to understand this. It does not have th ebaility to congratulate you on every tiny good thing you do. however the team you work with tend to show they value you through praise now and then.

  • The program is very structured and direct so is very easy to follow.

  • Personally i have not need extra support so far hwoever I know and feel that if i needed it someone would be there to talk to.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I feel this is good for a young person who has just started their first job however it does not meet the market rate elsewhere in the industry so feel this could be higher. However everyone wants to be paid more but thats what promotions are there for.

  • Yes

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tesco?
  • make sure you think your desision through. Tesco is a career choice not a job choice. They nurture talent and aim to push you through the business so i would only reccomend the schemes to epople who can see themselves having a future with Tesco
