Engineering Technician Apprentice Attend College on Tuesdays including a Twilight Class Daily Task include detail design tasks and various meetings Projects including creating and developing handbooks for production with specific instructions to aid during the build of our products, and also design task in specific compartments.
Developed my Design skills within 3D Modelling Software and increased my over all communication skills. As part of the Apprenticeship I have achieved a HNC in Engineering Systems and am currently studying for my HND.
I enjoy the Programme a lot, being able to interact with new people everyday and taking part in projects that help to improve our company and Products we produce.
I feel like a valued member of the team I work in as the trust me with important jobs and are always able to help me with any queries I have regarding any tasks.
The programme is structured well with training provided for us when we need it and extra support ad training if it is required, always in daily contact with my mentor who always has time for any problems I face

Because of the many great qualities that BAE helps you to develop and the Qualifications gained through the programme allow me to make myself a better employee and good prospects if I decided to leave the company after I complete the programme
when applying for BAE ensure that you do your research on the company so that during the interview you can show that you have a basic knowledge for the company and when going to the assessment day be prepared to work as part of a group and take part in activities
