I work in Procurement Hawk APL pricing team where i work with suppliers and their quotes pricing them up on various systems. I also create PCL packs for an american customer ensuring the best quote is used and procedures are followed.
Yes i have learnt how to use lots of new systems and developed skills such as communication and teamwork
I really enjoy my programme and am glad i choose to do it instead of going to university
I feel very valued by BAE systems as i hold responsibility and am valued by team members.
I think it is well structured with the training center at Preston and also with people who manage us within the business, its clear what stage of our programme we are in.
We receive alot of support from the training center and they are allways happy to help if you speak to them
I recieve support from my employer, especially if i do any activities outside of the office and my day to day job
My salary for the age i am meets my costs
Yes there are lots of opportunities however lots of people apply to do them so its hard to be actually given the oppertunity

Its provided me a really good education and introduction to work where i feel my career can grow
