I love the company I work for, everyone is always more than happy to help whether It be with a university project or day to day issues at work
with only a small amount of apprentices I feel we are all looked after very well.
every year we move into a different team or department, this is so that we get a broad variety of training and gives a great opportunity to make links in the working environment. the more people you know the easier it is.
the tutors are always there to help, whether you email them at 3pm or 3am they never take too long to reply, the tutors do a great job at making sure everyone on our course is at the same level so that nobody gets left behind.
The apprenticeship is relatively individual, Unilever let you get on with what you have to do for Uni work, and are there if you should need them, although with the small group of apprentices we have a strong relationship and help each other if anyone is struggling at all
the salary at Unilever is very good compared to other apprenticeships available
there are loads of sports clubs available that I have joined at work, also with handfuls of charity and fundraiser events that anyone can help out with.
Yes

do a lot of prior research into the brands and new things which Unilever are doing around the world which you can talk about in your interview, such as their sustainable living plan.
