Miantenance on plant machinery.
Gaining experience in inner workings of plant machinery.
There is a wide range of variety in the tasks that i perform which keeps the job interesting.
We, as apprentices, recieve any help/guidance when needed from BAE staff.We are encouraged to believe that we are the future of the business.
The apprenticeship scheme at BAE is very thorough and help is readily at hand for any apprentice with any difficulty that should arise.

I am a mature apprentice with two children which has sometimes been difficult financially.
