Yes, i have learnt how to communicate within a team as well as work within differnet ones
I enjoy the programme a lot, the variety of what you can work in is massive which means you can do a bit of everything or you can specialise in something
I feel valued, however i will feel more valuled as time goes on and i can apply what I am learning to projects within the buisness
Very well structured
As much or as little as you need. It is down to you to ask for support but it is always there
