I am an account hanlder with Willis North America London. I handle the invoicing of accounts, making changes to contracts and delegate processing to Mumbai. I also actively assist in the opperations of the entire BU, monitoring the Metrics and helping the BU to get the most iof of its data. This was a long term project and responsibility given to me.
Excell skills, communication skills, and the general knowledge of multinational business has grown. I am learning everyday, and now I have been here 6 months I can really see my knowledge and new skills shine through.
I really enjoy my program, as you get out of it what you put in. I am constantly learning and developing.
I feel very valued by my BU actively taking part in the operations process. I think it might be early days to feel valued by Willis as a whole.
Its not really an apprentiship with dedicated study days typical of this. Its a full time job with learning in the contract.
The CII offer exceptional training sessions to get you through exams.
Its great baring in mind youre getting Qualifications. However its widely remarked Willis offers less compensation for younger staff members than perhaps competitors.
