My role is that of a Track technician. I am currently learning what my role will involve doing. My first year involves me learning academic subjects.
Yes I have further developed my existing skills set. Also I have learnt new skills and developed.
Very large extent to be honest. I enjoy socialising with other people. Also I enjoy meeting new people.
Yes I think I am a valuable employee. I am valued quite well and the company treats me well.
It is organised to an extent. Babcock staff are decent. The instructors have good knowledge.
Yes the support is good. I will receive help if I ask. Also other instructors help me.
Yes network rail are a good company. They support me well. Also they treat me fair.
It is pretty decent. Although it could be increased. However this will be the case next year.
Yes. There is sports facilities that I can use. Also a football pitch and places to go.

Because it is a good apprenticeship and you're guaranteed a future. You will develop your skills and gain qualifications.
Enjoy it. Make sure to have as much fun as u can and also get on with the work. Work hard play hard.
