Apprentice - Completing a BTEC NVQ and a ILM qualification
I have learnt many new skills so far in my time as an apprentice at network rail, I have learnt many new practical skills and also communication and teamwork skills.
I enjoy my programme a lot, it's sometimes challenging but this is a good test for my mental and physical side
By network rail I feel almost invaluable, you are made to feel very welcome by all the team and also people at your depot who are willing to help you learn.
The programme is very well structured, it is easy to keep up and track your work and grades
I recieve a lot of support
Any support I need I will get from the employer
My salary is average, for living away from home I would say that it's slightly to low
Yes sometimes there are football matches and other activities available

Because it has great career prospects and a job for life
Make sure that you do some research before applying or going to an interview
