My role is to install and repair virgin media for new and existing customers, this consists of driving a van, ensuring im at my jobs in allocated timeslots.
I have learnt how to drive a van, drilling and how to install virgin media
i really enjoy my program as you are always doing something different and the theory side of the program is different and enjoyable.
I feel valued by virgin media as we are the face of virgin media, as we are the employees that customers see
The program is structured well, on study days there will always be a plan of the day and we always work to this.
We recieve a lot of support and we can also receive more if we need it as it it easy to speak to our managers and they will happily help you with any problem.

The salary is a great for an apprenticeship and is probably one of the highest paying you will find for an apprenticeship
There are always event days happening outside of virgin media and plenty of activities to participate in.

Id reccomend virgin media to a friend because of the high pay for an apprenticeship and how well you are looked after while under apprenticeship.
